No matter the age or skill level, CrossFit Fair Oaks Ranch is for everyone, said co-owner and coach Aaron Bielefeldt.

“It doesn’t matter the fitness level, doesn’t matter where you’re at in your life in your fitness journey, we can modify and change to every single ability level,” Bielefeldt said. “It’s easily scalable.”

The gym opened April 14 at 28451 Interstate 10 West, Suite 103.

Other owners include coaches Miguel Aguilar and Will Stateczny.

“There was a real need for something that we felt we could provide. So, that’s why we really like this area,” Bielefeldt said.

The high-intensity workout incorporates strength training and conditioning, agility, flexibility, coordination, speed and power.

Bielefeldt said it’s a challenge, but trainers adjust to one’s abilities.

“It’s very community-driven,” he said. “There’s such a strong bond between everyone who goes to the gym. Everyone looks out for each other; everybody pushes each other. It’s just a lot of positive attitudes.”

Monthly memberships are available, with an option for unlimited classes and open time. Patrons can utilize the gym between sessions or to make up missed workouts.

Members experience a series of one-on-one, or small-group, introduction classes; coaches then assess and evaluate for training modification and adapting.

Initially feeling some intimidation is natural, Bielefeldt added.

“You do have to step out of (your) comfort zone at a certain point to get the results that you want. People are paying good money, it’s a great product, we’re proud of what we do,” Bielefeldt said.

The studio’s many trainers have coached for several years; Bielefeldt also owns another gym, Ballistic CrossFit, that opened in 2015.

Classes times are 5:30 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., noon, 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 5:30 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Friday; and 9 a.m. Saturday. Open-gym hours are 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
